If you’re a teen and struggling, you’re not alone.

- 60% of students experience depression but are untreated?
- 32% of students will have an anxiety disorder at some point.
- 13.3% of students will suffer a major depressive disorder in the next year.

You shouldn’t feel alone. More people want to help than you realize: friends, family, neighbors, public officials, school staff, social workers, therapists, and more.

That’s why we created BeHerd. To give you a voice and the platform to amplify it. To change the way you think about asking for help. To connect you with people who want to and are willing to listen—so you can be heard!

Heres how it works...

CHECK-IN: Answer quick, daily prompts to self assess mood. Or use the journal feature to go deeper and express more.

CONNECT: Choose who to share check-in updates with and what updates they will receive.

BE HEARD: Share updates with family, friends, and/or other support systems—your “herd.”

Not a teen? BeHerds still for you. Being part of a herd provides visibility into how the people you care most about are feeling. And by completing and sharing your daily check-ins with those who invite you to support them, you promote more honest, open communication.

Features include:

- Daily Mood Check-In (quick and easy to complete)
- Word Dump (journal and jot...archive or destroy)
- Herd (invite, grow, and share)
- Listen In (how are others doing...today and over time)
- Self Tracker (how are you doing...today and over time)
- Resources (coming soon)
- Affirmations (coming soon)
